Four Pillars of Human Development

Every programme iCare Plus runs is built around a single conviction: the talent has always been there. It just needs an opportunity to shine.

🎓

Education & Scholarships

Full sponsorship from primary school through university — tuition, accommodation, living costs, and books. We have funded more than 10 students to date and aim to expand to 50 by 2027.

💻

Digital Skills & Technology

Computer labs, Kindles, laptops, and Starlink internet for rural schools. Our Mutondo Innovation Hub will provide free ICT, coding, and digital literacy training to 80–120 youth annually.

🏗️

Community Infrastructure

Boreholes, sports kits, reading libraries, and the flagship Mutondo Smart Community Center — physical infrastructure that serves communities permanently, not just during a project cycle.

🤝

Servant Leadership Training

Communities with good infrastructure but inexperienced leadership often find their investments used inefficiently. Our leadership pillar trains community leaders in servant leadership, governance, transparency, and peacebuilding.

Takudzwa Mutasa — sponsored since 2023, now in his third year at the University of Zimbabwe.

The Faces Behind Every Number

Every statistic in our impact report is a person. A family. A community changed. Takudzwa was the first in his family to attend university — after his family struggled to raise even the $20 application fee. Today he is studying Mathematics and Computational Science, sponsored by iCare Plus.
